Growing Morning Glory
Morning glory are a perfect way to use verticals gardening to brightening up an existing wall, fence or as an ornamental feature, the wildlife love it too. Sow your seeds indoors on a warm sunny windowsill in early spring or outdoors after the last frost has passed.

sow your seeds in a pot with some good quality seed compost, keep moist but not wet and allow up to two weeks for shoots to appear

When seedlings produce their second set of leaves, separate and transplant to individual pots to plant in the ground later, or plant directly into weed free soil. Give you plants a trellis or something to climb. Morning glory like companionship so plant them close together every 5-10cm

Maintain by pruning dead leaves throughout the year and water during dry periods.

Within a few weeks your morning glory will sprouting new flowers every morning, a good way to brighten up your day.
